*Cue these*<\/em> awesome rolls that are buttery SOFT and fast to bake up!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They ready in under an hour.

Made with just a handful of ingredients.

Perfect for any meal \u2014 whether you\u2019re serving up a cozy stew or pulling together a holiday spread on the fly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No bread machine (who has the room?) No fancy flour (why spend more money?)

Just classic, fluffy rolls you can whip up with pantry basics!

I just broke into my happy dance, let’s bake these up : )

Ingredients <\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour<\/strong>
    <\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 1 packet instant yeast<\/strong> (2\u00bc tsp)
    <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • \u00be cup warm milk<\/strong> (not hot \u2014 about 110\u00b0F)
    <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 2 tbsp sugar<\/strong>
    <\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 2 tbsp melted butter<\/strong> (plus more for brushing)
    <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • \u00bd tsp salt<\/strong> (optional, but adds flavor)
    <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n


    Directions<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    1. Mix the Dough:
      <\/strong> In a large bowl, whisk together the warm milk, sugar, and instant yeast. Stir in the flour, melted butter, and salt. Mix with a spoon until the dough starts to come together.

      <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Knead It:
      <\/strong> Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Knead for about 5\u20137 minutes until it\u2019s smooth and stretchy. Don\u2019t worry \u2014 it\u2019s easier than it sounds!

      <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Rise Fast:
      <\/strong> Shape the dough into a ball and place it back in the bowl. Cover with a towel and let it rise in a warm spot for 20\u201330 minutes<\/strong>, or until puffy but not necessarily doubled.

    4. Shape Your Rolls:
      <\/strong> Divide the dough into 6\u20138 equal pieces<\/strong>. Roll each one into a ball and place them close together in a greased round or square baking dish.

    5. Final Rest While the Oven Heats:
      <\/strong> Let the rolls sit while you preheat your oven to 375\u00b0F (190\u00b0C)<\/strong>. They\u2019ll get a little more puffy \u2014 just enough.

    6. Bake:
      <\/strong> Bake for 15\u201318 minutes<\/strong>, or until the tops are golden brown and the kitchen smells amazing.

    7. Butter & Serve:<\/strong>
      <\/strong> Brush the tops with melted butter while they\u2019re still hot. Serve warm, and prepare for compliments.

      • Use instant yeast<\/strong> (not active dry) to skip long rise times.

      • Keep rolls close together<\/strong> in the pan for soft, pull-apart edges.
